I took over editorial and growth content strategy for US-based ‘mattress in a box’ brand Idle in Q1 2020. I played an instrumental role in turning it from a small, insignificant player in the market to one of the biggest names in the US market and one of the fastest-growing ecommerce businesses in the country - generating a YoY revenue increase of almost 70x.
Shocking Engagement Growth
In Q2 2021, I led the launch of Growth Shop’s agency division, signing on the very first client: Axon/TASER, one of the US’s most ubiquitous personal protection brands. I completely refreshed and revitalising their CRM and paid search strategy - plus producing all UX content for their upcoming personal protection app. This project led to a 154% increase in online revenue across these channels.
